TECHNICAL INFORMATION

Finishes

To manufacture products without oscillation of color, regardless of the environment where it is, we use highly scratch resistant varnishes, pigments and high-quality resins, thus valuing our customers' products.

Impregnation

Adding around 36% of resin in the impregnation procedure, the process standardizes all production batches with the same characteristics, facilitating the work on edgebanding an coating machines.

This makes the paper extremely resistant to traction and quite malleable.

The inks and pigments used are water-based, organic and highly resistant to light.

Delivery

The edgebands can be cut from 15mm to 680mm of width for bonding to any surface.

The coating papers, can be made in 1030mm of width.

Packages

Plastibordo products are packaged in double packaging (cardboard and plastic), guaranteeing the integrity of the product in the transport to the customer, avoiding contact with the external environment, so that it does not suffer damages due to humidity, rain or heat.
